Fish 1kg

Garlic 12-15 cloves
1tsp pepper corn
Corriander powder 1/2 tsp
Tamarind or (Aduli)2 large lemon size
1 tsp Red chilli powder
2 tsp coconut oil
Salt to taste


Grind the above ingredients except fish and coconut oil into a fine paste.

Clean the fish and apply the mixture to it.
Leave it for an hour to marinate.
After an hour, add bit of water and cook the fish in a low flame.
Once the fish is cooked and water is completely dried up remove it from the flame.
If you prefer some gravy you can add some more water and do not heat it till dry.
Before serving heat coconut oil in a small pan add some crushed garlic and pour it on the fish.
