Ingredients

Chicken 1 1/2 Kg

Yogurt 1 cup

Grind the below three ingrdients together
Red Chillies 4-5
Garlic - 1 Whole
Ginger - 2 Inch

Ingredients to prepare the Sauce
Tomato 1/4 Kg
Tomato Kitchup 4 Tea Spoons
Red Chilli powder 5 Tea Spoons
Orange Red Colour 6 drops
Cashew Paste 1 Small Cup
Butter 2 Big Spoon
Sugar 1 Spoon


Method

Marinate Chicken with the ground ingredients(Garlic, Ginger and Red Chillies), Salt, colour and Yogurt for 4-5 hours.

Then cook the chicken for 5 minutes in Pressure Cooker.

Cook Tomato with Salt, Red Chilli Powder and Sugar in a pan on a low flame. Then add butter, cooked chicken, Tomato Ketchup and cashew paste.
Cook for a while.

Before serving heat up 2 Table spoons of Butter and mix it with the dish.
