Chicken 1 kg

Onions 1
Garlic 8 cloves
Cinamon 2 pieces
Clove 2
Pepper corns 2 tsp
Red chillies 6-7
Curry leaves 1/4 bunch
Tomato 1
Chopped onion 1


Heat 2 table spoon of oil in a pan and fry all the ingredients except chicken and tomato.

Grind the fried masala adding very little water.

Heat oil in another pan and add chopped onions and tomato.
Then add chicken and cook for 5 minutes with the lid on.
Then remove the lid and add the masala to it.
Fry the masala with the chicken and dry the water completely.
