Chicken Gravy...

Chicken 1 1/4 kg

Onions 3
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Coriander Powder 1 tsp

Ingredients to Grind.
Garlic 2(Whole)
Ginger 1 1/2 inch
Cinamon 2
Clove 2
Cardamom 1
Tomato 3


Heat oil in a pan and add chopped onions.

Fry them well.
Add the ground ingredients, turmaric, red chilli powder , coriander powder , pepper powder.
Bring it to boil.
Then add chicken , close the lid and cook for 5 minutes.
Add 2 cups of water and cook for some more time.
Then add 1/2 bunch of coriander leaves.
PS :If you need more gravy make cashewnuts paste and add it to the gravy.
