Ingredients

SET 1 for masala:

Ginger - 1/2 inch
Garlic - 6 cloves
Pepper - 1 teaspoon

Set 2:
Green chillis - 1 or 2
Onion - 1 chopped
Turmeric
Chicken Liver 150-200 gms
Salt - Lemon 1/4
Oil - 1 tablespoon


Method

Grind the set 1 ingredients into fine paste. Take oil in the pan and in the medium heat fry onions, green chillis, chicken liver for 5 mins. Now add turmeric, salt and masala. Cover the pan and cook for 15 more minutes stirring occasionally.
