Ingredients

Boneless chicken 1 kg

Chopped green chillies 20
Pepper powder 1 tsp
Turmaric 1/4 tsp
Ghee 1 tsp
Salt



Method

Put chicken , salt and turmaric and with the lid closed cook for 5 to 8 minutes.

Add green chillies and pepper powder .
Add some water and and cook until the chicken is tender.
When the water completely dries out add ghee and remove from the flame.
