Chicken 1 kg

Red chillies (remove seeds) 32
Garlic 1 (whole)
Turmaric 1/4 tsp
Vinegar 1 tsp
Tomato 1
Sliced onions 2


Grind red chillies , turmaric,garlic, with salt and vinegar.

Marinate the chicken for 2 hours with the ground paste.
After 2 hours steam the chicken.
Heat oil in a pan and fry sliced onions until golden brown.
Remove the onions and add the chicken to the same oil add chopped tomatoes and fry the chicken till the water completely dries out.
Then add the fried onions mix well and remove from the flame.
