1/2 kg Chicken Breast

1 1/2 lt. Chicken Stock
1 Cup Milk
2 tsp Butter
2tsp Cornflour
2tsp Black pepper powder
Salt to taste
1 Large egg


Chop chicken breast into fine and tiny pieces.

Cook them with salt until its tender.
Add chicken stock and milk.
Boil it for 5 minutes.
Fry cornflour in butter and mix it with water nicely and then add to the soup.
Add pepper powder (depending on the taste )and add egg white to the soup.
Boil for 2-3 minutes so that it gets soups consistency, if it thickens add water.
