Ingredients

Fish(Pomfret)- 2

Ginger galic paste - 2 tsp
chilli powder - 1 tsp
garam masala - 1/2 tsp
lemon juice - 5 tsp
salt - according to taste
Pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
corn flour - 1 tsp
oil - For shallow fry
Fine semolina - 4 tsp





Method

Mix ginger garlic paste,chilli powder,garam masala,lemon juice,salt ,pepper powder and corn flour. Then clean the fish neatly and make slits both sides and apply the marinade all over and keep refrigerated for 3-4 hours. Heat the pan and add 5-6 tsp of oil ,Then take the fish dip in fine semolina and shallow fry it.

Then serve with lemon wedges.
