Ingredients

Bili Badnekaayi (egg plant)5-6

onions 2
Greated coconut 1/2 portion.
Green chillies 8- 10
Curds 2 cups
oil 2tsp
Mustard
Urid dal
Gram dal 1 tsp
Salt
Coriander leaves 1/4 bunch


Method

Cut the egg plant into small pieces.

Fry the eggplant without adding water to it
Take a frying pan and add oil to it.
Add mustard seeds ,urid dal, gram dal, curry leaves.
Then add green chillies, chopped onions,fry till its brown.
Then add the egg plant and fry for some more time.
Wait till its get cool.
Then add the ground coconut .
Add salt to it..
Then add curds and coriander leaves .
