Ingredients

Brinjal large 1

greenchillies 3-4
Corrieander leaves 1/4 bunch
curd
lemon juice
salt
Chopped onions


Method

Roast Brinjal on the flame (Direct flame. Can also be done in the microwave).

For microwave just slit the egg plant vertically and put it in the microwave for 7 to 8 minutes.
Remove the skin and add the above ingredients except onions and curd to the mixer and grind coarsely.
Remove it in a bowl and add curd and chopped onions to it.
Goes very well with Akki(Rice) Roti.
