White Brinjal 5-6

Chopped Onions 2
Coconut 1/2
Chopped green chillies 8-10
Curds 1 1/2 cup
Oil 1 large spoon
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Toor dal 1 tsp
Gram dal 1 tsp
Salt to taste
Corriander leaves 1/4 bunch


Grind the coconut in a mixure and keep it aside.

Cut brinjal into small pieces, roast them for 8 to 10 minutes without adding water.
Take oil in a frying pan,add mustard seeds , toor dal and gram dal to it.
Fry them for a while once its done add green chillies and onion to the pan.
Fry the onions till its brown.
Add brinjal to it and fry it for a while.
Allow the dish to cool down and then add coconut , salt and curd.
Mix evenly and add chopped corriander.
