Ingredients
1 cup of kobri (powdered)
8-10 fried red chillies.
6-8 maavina midi(pickled maavina midi)
2 chopped onions.
2 spoons of fried black til.
2 small pieces of tamarind.
salt to taste.
2 spoons of oil.(coconut oil )
1/2 spoon saseme.
Method
Grind kobri, fried red chillies, tamarind, salt with little water.
Add maavina midis and fried black til, grind again.
Heat oil, add saseme.
Add chopped onins,grind chutney, fry for 5 minutes.
Chutney is ready.
