Apple Caramel Pudding...

Milk 1 litre

Sugar Powder (Can use icing sugar)1 1/2 cups
Grated Apple 1 cup
Bread pieces 1 1/2 cup
Egg 3
Venila Essence 1 tsp
2 big spoons of sugar for Caramel.


Boil milk and reduce it to half.

Remove from the flame. add bread pieces, and grated apple.
Beat eggs nicely and add it to the mixture.
Add vanila essence and blend the mixtute in a mixer or blender.(coarsly).

Preparing Caramel:
Put sugar in a vessel (which can be used in a pressure cooker or steemer) and heat in a low flame.
When the sugar melts it turns into brown colour.
Pour the mixture to the vessel and steam for 10 minutes.
