Badami (Almond) 25

Milk 1/2 litre
Sugar(according to the taste)
Cashwenuts 10
Rose colour 1 pinch
Almond essence 1/4 tsp


Soak Badami(almond) in hot water nad peel the skin off.

Grind the almonds with milk in the mixer.
Heat milk and allow it to boil. Then add sugar to it.
Add Badami paste and stir continiously.
Then add rose colour.
It starts to thicken, then remove from the flame and then pour it in a glass bowl add chopped cashwenuts and badami(almonds).
Refregirate it.
