Ingredients

Grated carrots 1 kg

Milk 5 cups
Condensed milk 1 tin(250ml)
Khova (no sugar)
Sugar (if required)
Cashewnuts , raisins 50 gms

Method

Grate carrots and cook them along with the milk,condensed milk and khova.

Cook on a low flame until the milk evoporates completely. Then add 2 tsp of ghee. Cook for another 10 minutes.
Fry Cashewnuts and raisins in ghee and add to the halwa.
