Ingredients

Carrot 3/4 kg

Milk 5 cups
Condensed milk 1 tin
Cashwenuts and raisins 50 gms(fried in ghee)
Ghee 3 table spoons
Sugar according to the taste(2 -3 table spoon)


Method

Grate carrots and then cook them with milk.

Add condensed milk and sugar to the carrot and cook for 25 to 30 minutes.
Then add ghee and cook for 10 more minutes.
Then add cashewnuts and raisins.

PS : Can also add chopped badam and pista.
