Grated carrot 3 cups

Condensed milk 1 tin
Cream 1/2 cup
Milk 1 litre
Gelatin 5 tsp
Ghee 2 tsp
Sugar (According to taste)


Fry grated carrot in ghee .

Cook the fried carrot in pressure cooker for 5 minutes.
Soak gelatin.
Heat condensed milk , 1/2 litre milk. Then add gelatin and bring it to boil.
Add half of the grated carrot to the milk and other half grind in the mixure with the remaining milk.
Then mix all the mixtures together add craem and sugar powder.
Mix well and keep it in the refrigeratorand allow it to set.
