Ingredients

Cashewnuts 100gms

Gasgase (poppy seeds)100 gms
Greated coconut 1/2 portion
Sugar 4 cups
Milk 2 cups
Cardamom powder 1 tsp
Ghee 1/2 cup

Method

Grind coconut and get the coconut milk from it.(should be 1 cup).

Grind cashwenuts and poppy seeds with the coconut milk .
Take thick base pan and add sugar milk and the ground paste.Keep on adding ghee in regular intervals.Keep stirring continuously.
Add cardamom powder and mix well. when the mixture becomes thick and you can see ghee on the surface of the vessel, remove from the flame.
Apply ghee on a plate and pour the mixture on the plate. Cut into desirable shapes.
