Gasagase (poppy seeds ) 2 cups

Sugar 2 cups
Ghee 1 cup
Milk 1 cup


Roast gasagase (poppy seeds)And grind with little amount of milk.

Heat a thick base pan and add sugar and little water to it. Make thick sugar syrup.
Then add ground paste and remaining milk to it.
Stri continuously adding ghee .
When it starts thickening and you can see ghee on the surface of the halwa remove from the falme.
Apply ghee on a plate and pour the mixture.
Cut into square pieces once it cools down.
