Ingredients

Genasu (Sweet potato) 1/2 kg

Grated Jaggery 1/2 kg
Wheat Flour 2 1/2 cups
Cardamom powder 1 1/2 tsp


Method

Cook genasu(Sweet potato)in a pressure cooker.

Remove all the skin from it and knead well with the jaggery and cardamom powder.
Prepare dough with the wheat flour(Chapati consistency).
Make ssmall chapatis, put the genasu mixture inthe middle and close the ends and make them into big chapati(Like Holige).
Put them on the tava, add oil and cook on both the sides .
