Ingredients

Milk 1/2 litre

Cashewnuts 1 cup
Cardamom 4
Ghee 2 tsp
1 carrot
Sugar 1/2 cup(depending on the taste)
Clove 1



Method

Fry cashewnuts in ghee and grind with clove coarsley.

Boil milk and add the cashew powder to it.
Then add grated carrot , cardamom powder, and sugar.
Boil for 5-6 minutes and remove from the flame.
