Ingredients

Rice (Akki) 4 cups ( Wash and Soak)

4 cups White jaggery
Sesme Seeds 1 big soopn
Pinch of salt





Method

Soak Rice for 8 - 10 hours. Draoin all the water and make it into fine powder.

Soak jaggery in 2 cups of water and 1 tsp of oil.
Put the Jaggery mixture in a thick base pan and prepare the syrup.
When the bubbles appear pour it on a ghee greased plate.
When it completely spreads on the plate add the rice powder stirring continuously.
Add sesme seeds and mix well.
Apply oil on a plastic sheet , take the mixture, make round balls and press in the shape of vadas .
Deep fry them .
PS: The dough can be kept in the refrigerator and be used for a long time.
