Ingredients

Rice 4 cups

Uddinabele (Urid dal) 4 tsp
Methi 2 tsp
Kadalebele (Chana dal)4tsp
Avalakki (Poha) 6 cups
Togaribele (toor dal) 4 tsp

Butter Milk (Majjige) 1 cup


Method

Soak all the ingredients except butter milk for 4 hours.

Grind the soaked ingredients with butter milk .
Allow it to ferment overnight.
Add salt to the batter and make dosas.

PS: YOu can add finely chopped onions to the batter.
