Raw Plantain 5

Daniya powder 1 tsp
Red chilli powder 2 tsp
Onion 1
Curry leaves
Kadle bele(chana dal) 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 tsp
Coriander leaves
Lemon juice


Remove the skin from the plantain and cut them into pieces.

Put the into the water(so that they dont turn brown).
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, kadlebele curry leaves and onion.
Fry for a while and then add plantain pieces .
Then add coriander powder and red chilli powder and salt .
Cook for 5 minutes with the lid on .
And remove the lid and cook for some more time.
Once its done add lemon juice.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
