Ingredients
Cheenekayi Cut into square pieces 1 (Whole fruit)
Grated coconut 1/2 portion
Red chilli powder 1 tsp
White jaggery 5 table spoon.
Curry leaves
Salt
Garlic 2 (whole)
Masala Powder: Dry roast and grind into fine paste.
Uddina bele(urid dal) 3/4 tsp
Kadale bele(Chana dal) 3/4 tsp
Coriander seeds 3/4 tsp
Jeera 1/4 tsp
Red chillies 10- 12
Method
Add water to the pumpkin pieces and cook with salt turmaric and Jagerry.
Cook for some time.
Then add Masala, red chilli powder..
Heat oil in a small pan and add mustard seeds, curry leaves and crushed garlic.
Add this to the cooked pumpkin and mix well.
