1/2 CUP OF GRATED COCONUT
2 SPOONS OF DHANIYA ,
1/2 SPOON JEERA ,
2 PIECES OF CORIANDER LEAVES ,
2 CUPS OF BUTTER MILK ,
2 SPOONS LIMBU JUICE ,
SALT TO TASTE ,
1 SPOON COCONUT OIL ,
1/2 SPOON MUSTARD SEEDS,
1/4 SPOON JEERA ,
1 RED CHILLI.

Method

Grind grated coconut , dhaniya , jeera, coriander leaves nicely. Add buttermilk and 2 cups of water. Add salt to taste and limbu juice. Now heat a spoon of coconut oil ,add 1/2 spoon mustard seeds ,1/4 spoon jeera, add the pieces of red chilli.Mix well and serve with rice.
