Ingredients

Moolang (Mooli or Daikon)1

Coriander leaves
Mustard seeds
Ingu (Asaefotida)
Kadale bele(Chana dal)
Curry leaves
Salt
oil
Lemon juice 1 tsp
Green chillies 2(chopped)

Method

Grate raw moolangi.

Add 1 tsp of salt and mix well.
Then squeeze all the water form moolangi(Reduces bitter ness )

Oggarane(Tadka): Heat oil in a small pan and then add mustard seeds, kadlebele(chana dal) curry leaves , asaefotida and green chillies .
Add oggarane(tadka to the grated moolangi.
Then add lemon juice.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
