Baalekayi 3

Red chilli powder 2tsp
Corriander powder 1/2 tsp
Turmaric 1/4 tsp
Lemon 1
Rice flour 1 cup
Oil to fry.


Cut baalekayi into thick circles .

Add oil in a pan put sliced baalekayi into it , add turmaric , red chilli powder, corriander powder lemon juice and salt.
Add little water and cook for some time untill the water is evoporated.
Remove from the flame when its done.
Allow it to cool.
Roll the pieces in the rice flour and shallow fry them in the tava.
Rost them on both the sides.
