Ingredients

Rice 4 cups

Gram Dal (Kadalebele)4 cups
Urid dal (Uddina bele)1/2 cup
Hesaru Bele(Moong dal)1/2 cup

Seseme seeds
Butter
Salt

Method

Wash rice and allow it to dry.

Roast each dal separately until it turns slight brown.
Mix it with rice and grind them into fine powder.
Take 2 cups of mixed flour and add salt, ingu (aseafotida)2 tsp of seseme seeds and 2 tsp of butter.
Knead the dough with cold water and press in the chakkuli maker .
You can keep the flour in an air tight container.
And can be used when required.
