Ingredients

Finely chopped cabbage 1tsp

Finely chopped carrots 1tsp
Chopped tomato 1
Mushrooms 10 12 (finely sliced)
Chilli sauce 1 table spoon
Vinegar 1 tsp
Soya sauce 1 tsp
Aginomoto 1/4 tsp
Cornflour 2 tsp






Method

Wash mushrooms and cook them adding salt.

heat oil in a pan and fry finely chopped vegegetables.
Add water to it and mix mushrooms and the other remaining ingredients.
Boil nicely and remove from the flame.
Garnish with finely chopped coriander leaves.

Note: Nonvegetarians can use chicken stock instead of water.
