Ingredients

Aloo 1/2 kg

Bread 4 pieces
Jeera 1 tsp
Green chilli paste 2 tsp
salt



Method

Bake aloo and remove the skin.

Soak bread in the water and squeeze the water from it.
Mash potato and bread together.
Mix jeera salt and chilli paste.
Make it into round balls and press them flat.
Shallow fry .
