Plain flour - 1 cup

Rice flour - 1/4 cup
Sour Curd - 1 cup
green chillies finely chopped - 4
Ginger finely chopped - 2 tsp
Corriander leaves finely chopped- 3 stalks
Baking powder - 1/4 tsp
Gratted coconut - 2 tsp
chilli powder - 1/2 tsp(optional)
salt - according to taste
oil - For deep frying


Mix all the ingredients to a dropping consistency batter. Heat the oil and fry them nicely till golden brown. Golli Bajje is ready to eat.Serve hot with Coconut chutney.
